We definitely caught the Lakes in a bad mood this weekend. However, this brought about the opportunity to capture the mystical gloomy side of Lakes. Looking out towards Grizdale from Coniston, the clouds were low, but parted enough to show us a glimpse of the trees, and by chance a bird swooped by to add to the mystique. I love this moody side to the Lakes, despite the soaking thats often associated with it!
